Paget Gaunt is a Contemporary Cake Artist, working with luxury Buttercream, Belgian chocolate ganache and edible wafer paper mediums. Raised in the countryside, she was drawn to London from a young age.

Paget’s influences in her cake design draws from architecture, ceramics and sculpture. She loves to visit galleries with her family and the theatre. She has a strong belief in small acts of kindness and you can never have too many breakfast’s in one day.
